Yes, Thailand and the Philippines have some world class hospitals. I've had my dental work done in Manila for a fraction of the cost in the US and been able to avail myself of a bit of shemale amusement while there. for a round trip ticket and plastic surgery - figured from watching that video - I think it would still be less than half the cost of what you would pay in the US.

What about a cruise with to and from. I will have to consider where / look you live. Take bus to port & enjoy relaxing cruise.

From Jersey to port in New York then cruise ship or train to Los Angeles or Long Beach port. If not liking California go to Seattle, Washington or Vancouver, Canada to catch a cruise ship. Going to Canada one more time to mess with passport. That part stinks. If you want to be in Canada take train one way get different scenery and maybe meet some Canadian friends from this forum. So many more choices to make Transjen.

As much as i hate flying it was my best choice money and time wise, a cruise ship would have been nice but time was not on my side

And one: James Bellringer*- is shit.

• My ex had SRS 10 years ago. Sadly the surgeon has retired. She needed some revision surgery last year. One of the other patients in the ward had srs with Bellringer. And they were in for their fourth revision surgery with him!!! (he did the original surgery)
• Bellringer is costing me a fortune in laundry costs coz my partner bleeds every night. one year after SRS by him and six months after a revision by him. She is fucked up and needs more surgery, but is awaiting the NHS National Health Service to allocate money for Thomas to examine her and fix Bellringers shit.

FFS is not provided by the NHS and most trans services are allocated on a region by region basis.
