My occupation does not specifically involve food. Most of the food I eat, it could be argued, is out of necessity. However, I eat a lot of oysters. I do so for pleasure, not out of necessity, as they are not a staple of my diet to sustain life. But to call my eating of oysters a "hobby" seems ridiculous. The word is typically used for things like woodworking, stamp collecting, and so on.

Yet, one could argue that it is my personal hobby. In the same way, one might argue that the OP's personal hobby is meeting "Thai or other oriental LBs who have small cocks" (I will resist the temptation to discuss the use of the term "oriental," which has its own problems). But he refers to it as "this hobby," not "my hobby" -- thus suggesting that the use of the term "hobby" to describe that activity is not his alone.

Food eating is commonly listed as a hobby.
Perhaps you can find a group near you that you can join and share your love of oysters.

As for your jibe about what dictionary he uses, perhaps it's not the urban, colloqual, or slang one that you seem to use.

Actually, it really depends on who's doing the calling. As it seems the person calling me it is new here and, let's face it, this whole acceptable name business is a minefield for a lot of people on here, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt this time. We are on a forum called Transladyboy after all. If it was somebody just being a dick then it would be different - but it's still a good deal better than being called a shemale or a dickgurl :frown:

I doubt there are many people who would call me a ladyboy if they saw me in person as I, personally, would always associate the term with young, petite, oriental girls (your mileage may vary on that) which I am none of, regretably. However, I did have a woman shout it at me in the street a few years ago when I had longer hair - she clearly meant it as an insult but I just laughed at her. I wasn't even dressed at the time incidently.
