I haven't been on HRT for even a solid year yet, and I really can't get erections anymore. I can, with great effort, achieve a quasi-firm erection, but it is not sustainable. I've managed to self-stimulate to the point of cumming once or twice in the past couple of months and only the smallest amount of ejaculate was produced.

Big departure from what you see in a lot of porn shoots. It's sort of difficult for me to be honest. I've never really like my penis and I generally abhor the idea of using it for penetrative sex. But still, it's the only way of sexually interrelating (and climaxing) that I've ever known, so it's sort of heartbreaking to lose that. I do like to masturbate, but to just not feel the slightest electricity down there anymore is very strange. I'm okay with the state of things-- I knew these were likely outcomes going into HRT. It's bittersweet I guess.

I envy you. My dream is be without erection.

I have been with a partner, and my sex drive has not really waned. If anything, it seems to have ramped up-- but it's hard to know if that is because of the HRT or the newness of the relationship (which basically coincided with the start of HRT). I will say my sex drive is much more cerebral now. And my urge is on pleasuring her (which is fairly typical for me). I can get turned on in my mind without the slightest tickle below the belt.

I lost so much feeling in my penis about a year ago. Hardly any erections anymore. So much happier :)

Penis largely useless
 

I live 100% of the time as a female, but would never consider surgery or HRT to become female

HRT has problems and a useless Penis can result. I love masturbating far too much to run the risk of not being able to get sexual satisfaction. Keeps me happy

I would encourage all to retain their Penises, I have a Ball as a female sometimes with a rock hard erection
