Phamraceutical help to get erections?
 

I have no idea if the medications and changes that a Pre-Op TS might have to go through might effect the ability to have an erection or ejaculating.
If so, are medications like Viagra, Cialis, etc are called on for some help.
Then then there seem to be sooooo much is sold on the market with these herbal pills that seem to be total crap for this.
I would be curious about the usage and effectiveness of those extremely popular medications. :confused:

Since I am asking this personal question, I think I should be honest about myself. I have not and will not take pharmaceuticals like Viagra because I have liver disease and medications like those can really do damage. Being Diabetic as well, the insulin and the Diabetes have a weird effect, where I get aroused and can stay aroused, but I have issues maintaining my erections, but I still feel like I am ready to go.

I have a feeling that this was an "inappropriate" posting that I made.

Especially the stuff about myself, which I am sure it terribly boring. I have a believe that if one is asking someone to share personal items about themselves and would like to be trusted, that the first thing is to share something personal about myself.

Many of the values I have had as a "child of the 60s", activist, etc have stayed with me. :eek:
