Cost of Living + Career + How to Live in a shemale/ladyboy friendly country ?

Hey Mates,

Perhaps some of you have moved permanently to Thailand, Orient or elsewhere to the mythical land of porn popups where shemales, Tgirls and ladyboys run free ;)

So I have a question or 2 which perhaps some can answer based upon experience or plain old fashioned research.

Approx how much money one would need to retire to somewhere like Thailand, Phillipines or Brasil and live comfortably with a ladyboy or Tgirl/shemale wife?

Also are there any career options for westerners ? Is it possible for a westerner to earn a decent living over there ? The only thing I can actually think of is making porn videos:lol:

Perhaps its possible to buy a bar or whorehouse ,lol and live comfortably ? If so how much would you be looking at needing and how easy is it for foreigners to buy and own businesses in these countries ?
Yeah I guess to be answered comprehensively this thread would need several subsections dealing with each country etc.

However even if people dont know all the facts, I'm quite happy to start a fantasy thread about owning a bar full of naked shemales and ladyboys dancing for personal pleasure and profit ;)

So let me know your thoughts. How would you approach such a proposal of actually moving to one of these fun places and spending the rest of your life there ? Is the fantasy lifestyle possible? What are the pitfalls ? I think if we are serious about making the most of our short lives we should definitely discuss this in some depth.
Any ideas or experience to share ?:coupling::drool:

hmmm. You ask many good questions. and I will add two more:

Which country has the easiest visa procedures for long term stay?

Is it Legal to marry a shemale in any of these countries? (I know u don't have to, but legal marriage makes many things easier)

Never been to Thai or Brazil, but been many times to Manila, and I met many westerners who own business so I guess yes you can own a business. They seemed happy and content. One guy in particular owned a go-go bar in P Burgos st., I was in the bar and he invited me and a friend we talked, turns out he owns three bars. He told us many info that would be helpful here but don't remeber the whole conversation (read drunk):p. I remember one thing he said about his visa that it expires every year and he must leave the country and get a new one from his own country every year.

I thought about it myself recently, and I think the best thing if I decided to do it, Is open a business that deals with my original country. i.e. exporting goods or hiring workforce so I can still use my connections back home.

Cost of living is dirt cheap. you can be a king there and spend less that whatever it is you are spending normally.

well thats all I can think of, interesting thread! I hope we get answers from someone who actually living in any of these countries.

Cheers,

in my honest opinion it is not worth it. notice that all of the shemales in those countries are trying to get OUT? theres a good reason for that. the health conditions are ridiculously poor, the economy is terrible, you get paid monthly instead of weekly/fortnightly, the area is ripe with diseases spread by mosquitos, the government is more corrupt than in our countries (hard to believe i know), and alot of the food is rotten that they have to eat.

best way to do things is
A. find a shemale girlfriend online and bring her over to your home country
or
B. if you are looking for just sex then just take frequent trips to thailand/philippines and troll around for hookers

Thanks for your opinion and yeah I hate mosquitoes too but if you have or bring money in these countries then can't you get everything you want, including health care and nice food and live like a king surrounded by beauty really cheaply ( the biggest advantage) ? And still make trips home. For example, western stores are there. Dont they have a Tesco in Bangkok for example ? If the work is shitty then at least retiring there with a bar anmd getting the pension sent out to you might be another option.

And how do you bring a shemale girlfriend home when marriage is usually illegal in a lot of countries ? Also theres the less tolerant arttitude outside of the shemale home countries. And how does she get the green card ? Also what if a green card is all she wants and once she gets it she leaves? This is really complicated and I have thought about how money is a factor which means it can be hard to trust.

just bring her into the country as a man or whatever, tell the government that you are life partners living together. that should avoid any deportation issues (look at all the imigrants here anyway, besides if she applies for citizenship then she's all set), though this is just from an australian point of view. if your in america or something then bring her back to america then take the trip up to canada to get hitched. marriage liscences in canada are recognised in USA

i dont know what stores and shit there are in those countries. hell i dont even know what the fuck a tesco is. health care? no. theres basically no health care in those countries at all so no matter how much $$ you take you will get shitty health care. their best health care is probably worse than your public health care.

Right , I could have said Tesco or Walmart. Tesco is a huge supermarket thats in asia , america , (perhaps australia) and europe which basically sells everything you can think of.

As for the health care issue, dont people go to Brasil and Thailand for dental work and plastic surgery ? It can't be that bad. The rulng classes in all of these countries always take care of themselves by making facilities available.

BlueRaven gives the right answers. Take your love to your own country.
I myself brought my girl here, married her here (Belgium), live happily together here and during winter we go to her country for the holidays. And she feels much more free and appreciated here than in her own country. Here she is protected by a battery of laws while over there, there is nothing to protect shemales.

hehe see? 'BlueRaven gives the right answers' that is one accurate statement :D

maybe I just want to escape my own boring reality ? maybe thats one reason to emigrate. who else would feel the same way ? Travel is one of the things I really love doing.

Aurora 01-08-2008 08:59 PM

hey inadaze...if you want to live abroad why not...some countries are meant to be cheap enough that you can work in your own country on a temp basis .. and then visit your chosen place as extended holidays... but i would take some of the others guys advice and not do it lightly... some of these coiuntries are rough as ferk...maybe you should research some of these countries and get to know some of people who actually live there, these days you can do that online...

upt225 01-09-2008 01:24 AM

ok

i would first take a trip there and see whats it like for a few days and if you feel like hey i still want to than do it but i would recommend a place like brazil but if you want a real relationship with a shemale/ladyboy than go to thailand or somewhere over there

wildts81 09-18-2009 05:56 AM

If you have a university degree and any interest in teaching you could do an English teaching qualification (the CELTA is best and takes a month full-time) and then get a job in Thailand with good enough salary to have a nice lifestyle there. Some schools will pay for your flight too.

Might look into this one day. Thanks for the info! ;)

PI_Monger 10-17-2009 06:27 PM

Wow. Have you guys that claim the PI & Thailand are so terrible even ever been here? It's true both countries have their problems but both have many advantages too such as lower cost of living, tropical weather, beaches and of course....an abundance of ladyboys.

The best food I've ever had was in Thailand where everything is fresh and on par with Western standards. And did I mention cheap? Try getting a lobster dinner with baked potato, salad and a beer in Australia or the US for under $10 like you can in Thailand. The best steak I ever had was in Subic Bay Philippines and it cost P450. Also under $10. There are so many foreign owned businesses in both countries that you can get anything you want at a fraction of what you'd pay back home and most times its just as good if not better.

Bumrungrad Hospital in Thailand is the best hospital I've ever seen in my life; by far better than anything I've seen in Western countries. Thailand is actually a major destination for medical tourism because of the high quality and low prices (1/5 of what you'd pay in the US).

http://www.bumrungrad.com/

A friend of mine built a brand new luxury 3 bedroom house in Cebu Philippines with all the modern amenities for under 40K. Now he lives like a king for a grand a month.

If you go to these places and live like a local in the provinces then of course it would be a shitty life. Working in a rice field and making $1 a day to buy fish heads and rice. But if you go over with a nice nest egg, set yourself up with a decent business or even retire there on a Western pension, you can live a standard of living much higher that you could back home. And being a foreigner you'll be highly sought after by nearly every female and ladyboy regardless of your age. Most of us don't get a second glance in our own countries unless we're driving a BMW. You can ride a Jeepney in the PI and hop off with 3 phone numbers.

Wait a minute....if more expats come over here it will ruin the secret. Forget everything I said. Asia sucks.
