I want to play a RPG as a Ts character.
That would be an interesting take on the genera and would need a wide variation in characteristics as Ts-variant people have a very wide range of traits and expressions.

On RPG's:
I've just ordered Fable II ofor xbox360
& I'm bidding on ebay for Fable.
"The video game Fable allows the player to play as a male and have sexual relationships with both men and women.
This continued in Fable II where the player could even have a same sex marriage either between males or between females."
Not a Ts character, but at least I'd be able to have a female image in the game and relationships with men and women...which is close enough as I look female and have a male and female partner in real life.

I wasn't saying there aren't any transsexuals in video games, rather I was saying I don't think anyone has made any dating sim or adventure games featuring them. I'm guessing it's probably because there isn't enough interest to make them commercially viable and no one has done it just because. I should also mentioned that some of the sex simulators (not online) have mods that add shemales.

There are some Japanese games which star futanari characters, such as Ideal Family.

The girls in them are drawn, not real, but in the end you do still basically play a dating sim-style game with a girl with a penis, to be blunt :(
