I know rule #3 says we're prohibited from posting "Links to illegally displayed full length videos as well as links to other pages of sites that host such videos." Does that count tube sites? I think we all know of a bunch of tube sites that have tranny porn and they continue to stay active so idk if they count as "illegally displayed." Soooo before I wind up banned for no reason - can someone clarify this issue?
I'm pretty sure tube sites are included in the rule, as they do stream full length, copyrighted movies. I'm not a mod though, so...you know. Also, just because they stay active this has nothing to do with their legitimacy, different laws in different countries.

Tube sites are not allowed, regardless of legality. Youtube videos are the exception, and even they are bound by the "less than 5 minutes" rule.

Ooook. Thanks for the response. Didn't want to get in trouble for ignorance.

Thanks for asking! I'm sure you saved us a lot of needless moderating effort. :respect:

No problem. Thank you for asking ahead of time. Like smc said, it makes our job a little easier.:)

This is so very true. I wonder if it might apply to avatar pictures.
