Can you get hiv by getting licked in the ear,.... i got licked in the ear yesterday and was worried about this....im worried maybe there was some blood in there or somethign although i chekced my ear afterwards when i got home and there seem to be none and no cuts as well
i did get a handjob but thats low risk to begin with
help anyone?

im just worried im not sure if he tried to put his toungue deep in the ear and maybe there was blood in his saliva.....maybe it could of slipped inside so thats why i asked.
I guess from the answers here there is no risk whatsoever. I just felt like asking.
I'm pretty sure, epj, that in order for someone to give you HIV by licking in your ear that the person licking your ear would have to transfer his or her own body fluids into an open break in you skin. I'm also sure that being able to accomplish this would not be easy. Unless you had an open break in your skin then the risks are probably close to negligble. To put your mind at ease though check any information that you can find and do get yourself checked. You'll feel much better if you know for sure rather than fretting about it.
epj290, I see you list your location as New York City. I would bet my life that you have a much higher likelihood of contracting HIV by using a public restroom in NYC than you do by having your ear licked.

wow now your scareing me that i cant use a public bathroom becasue i can get a hiv.
but i i look for info online and it seems that it all points to not eing able to get it there is no risk involved in getting lickedin th ear.
i just dont want to torment myself over nothing
i did not have any open cuts in my ear.

I don't work in the medical field and also it would be impossible to diagnose anything over the internet. At a guess I would say that you are alright. Remember that this is a guess only and I have no way to know for sure. Probably the only way that you will set your mind at ease is to get tested. I'm sure in NYC there are a lot of places where you can be tested for free.
Also I would say that smc's comment was somewhat tongue-in-cheek.
It's good to be concerned about STDs/STIs, but don't let worry over it consume you. Get checked out.

but ill have to wait 90 days to get tested ...and i dont want to torment myself for three months on a faslsely given reason.....i just got tested a couple of weeks ago and was all clean.
ill pr obably do it anyway though....
however its more the torment that i dont want to deal with...the same happened to me when i got sucked for the first time..even though oral sex was a low risk thing,and came out clean after wards.

touche' on the joke ...lol....thank man i dont know why i get like this over something that is no risk at all. thanks i can go one with my life...ill just chillax...and date a gir im interested in ...but i iwll check myself in 90 days ....Just in case in the 0.0000001 % of catching soemthing.

I remember my friend was telling me that her mom got an ear infection one and when the doc checked it out, he said that the cause of the infection was from semen that was in her ear...
