Question: Hermaphrodite or transgender

Isn't a transgendered person in a manner of speaking a before-and-after variant of a hermaphrodite?

Meaning a person having both male-and-female sex organs, and not a sex object or a freak.

I've never seen a thread with this intellectual point of view, but only from a sexual one.

Hope this isn't distorted or taken the wrong way, because it is not intended that way conscientiously.

I think if you are born with both sex organs you are a hermaphrodite

where as if you decide to change you are transexual , at least that's the way i understand it to be , and yes not wishing to insult anyone here

perhaps different opinions will follow ?
