AFAIK this is purely fantasy/photoshop material at this point. It would be interesting as I've never seen or even heard of it being done in a TS context, but it goes without saying that SRS would no longer be an option. I'm sure BME could provide some info on the actual process.

I've seen this set before in micro penis thread. I never thought about it before but it does appear to be photo shopped.
Enlarge the picture and you will notice there are a lot of white ( uncolored) pixels in the specific area.
