Ok, I am new here and am very pleased that I am not as 'weird' as I thought regarding my attraction to t-girls.

I have often considered hiring a t-girl escort but have one major fear - HIV.

Now I may be paranoid as I was born and raised in South Africa where you can't even eat your rice krispies without Snap, Crackle or Pop telling you to cover up.

I have searched through the forums and am somewhat astounded at what little mention there is about std's and the big 'A' - instead there is a lot of talk about eating cum and getting creampied by a T-girl escort.
According to randomly searched statistics - 30% of t-girl sex workers have HIV.
Please understand I am in no way lecturing anyone but am I missing a trick here? If so please let me know how you guys overcome the fear of playing with your life because I don't know how much longer I can keep myself from gobbling a nice t-girls cock.

Respect
B

Its a very real fear. Thats why I keep it mostly in fantasyland! :D
I would love to have a relationship with a transgendered girl, but probably not an escort. Its just too risky. (maybe its better in some parts of the world vs others... as in Thailand vs USA, Europe, Brazil, etc)
Be careful with anyone, pro or not.

First of all, you have to remember this is mainly a porn forum. Most members use this forum to express their fantasies.
Now on a personal note, I usually practice safe sex, about 90% of the time:innocent:. I only let guys that I can really trust and know to be clean bareback me.
If I don't know you, then no rubber:( means no play:(. I may be a little slutty:innocent:, but I'm not stupid:p.

Just be careful. Wear a condom, don't double-bag, don't keep condoms in warm places, and, most importantly, think about it before you do anything. Make sure it's something you really want to do before jumping into it.

Responsible individuals are better off finding a limited number of regular sexual partners and all of you regularly get checked up. It's what I do and what everyone I'm close to does.

First of all ,welcome to the forum,Pisellox.I must say you've touched very sensitive area regarding HIV.I completely agree with you and that's why I've been looking around for a stable, trustful lover(preferably a first-timer).But in the meantime I put my trust in my plastic dildo.....:turnon:

I think it doesn't get mentioned much because people don't like putting downers on their fantasy lives :)

But... obviously, let common sense prevail and be safe! Best not to go to the liquor store to pick up your first Tgirl for a hook up. Save some bucks and get yourself a good escort to spend some time with. Most all responsible escorts worth their weight in gold test themselves regularly and only play safe.

Use a condom. testing is fallible. look at your job and transpose it to medicine.

Testing is pretty good these days:

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HIV#HIV_test

but if you are gonna ignore this make sure you get your tongue so far up their ass you lick the back of their eyeballs. Just in case it's your last chance

All of this has been stated before, but I'd be failing if I didn't mention them again.

1) This place is mostly about fantasy - the gals and I try to keep the messages realistic (mostly), but fantasy is the primary driver here and most other places.

2) Most pros are aware of HIV and wouldn't do anything to put themselves or their livelihood at risk. While HIV is a HUGE deal, the 30% figure (I believe) comes from testing San Francisco street walkers and homeless gals who do sex work. Generally a group for people with poor access to health care and STD education.

3) HIV is nothing to be lax about, and eveyone here should be protected whomever their partner is.

You do see condoms in use in porn these days , sends a good message , it worries me if the word condom is not mentioned when hooking up for some fun, i think that gives you an idea of who you are with ?

As several others have stated, this is primarily a fantasy forum. I have never seen a T-girl naked, let alone had sex with one. And I will likely keep it this way. Not all fantasies have to be actualized and most sexual stimulation happens not between the legs but between the ears.

it is predominantly a fantasy forum but that doesn't mean we should exclude realistic questions, especially when there is probably nowhere else you can ask them. can you imagine asking your GP for safe sex tips when getting it on with a transsexual escort? I live in a free country but I still couldn't do it, I'd hate to think how taboo it is for some of the other members.

also a lot of people on here will have a lot of sexual experience whether straight, gay or with a TS (straight?). I think it's not only fair but it's our responsibility to share our knowledge with those less experienced or knowledgeable so they don't make any schoolboy errors.

the only answer is using a condom though. no matter how sure you are there is literally no other effective defence.

be carefull, use a condom. maybe you can try and offer an escort more cash for bareback, if they say yes, then walk away. if they will do it for you... condoms are great, but you know the old saying to be 100% safe

I want nothing more to suck a sexy ts escort off or have one penetrate me.

BUT I worry so much about catching something nasty. I grew up in South Africa where HIV is in your face every day and I wonder if I am just being paranoid.
Sorry for being morbid but since living in the Uk I am confused by the blas?iness (yes, that isn't a real word) about the big H.
Anyway, I love ts's and hopefully one day I man up enough to meet one.

Eee.. not being blas? or anything, but if u have these doubts, then why not make it simple and do it with a condom on, my man.? Unless you have a bugchasing thing? And yes, there are some cute t-girls in South Africa... so go for one and get urself a wonderful LTR gf! It's not too complicated if u'r a nice guy.

So best wishes!
