Has anyone here started a website and how did it go , be it porn or otherwise

I am able to muck around with wordpress blog , but other than that i get lost easily

No computers when i grew up ...... just pacman !!!!!!!

I would be interested to read how it went for you

I have tried a few adult white label sites (which i wont list unless mod says ok) but it seems everyone has a website

Does anyone make a living from it ?

It's really not as hard as you might be fearing. It's certainly NOT like the old days, where you bought web space from a hosting company, however you then had to craft and create all your page files through third party programming like Microsoft FrontPage, and THEN figure out how to upload those files to the web space you had bought. In the old days, you certainly created your web site through a lot of trial and error.

However, these days pretty much every web hosting company still gives you the option of creating your files off to the side -- through programs like Dreamweaver and whatnot -- and uploading them to their servers OR they will offer you, as a customer, a free "web site design program" that they created themselves or are licensing a version of, which in turn makes crafting a web site pretty darn easy. There's no question that over the years it's become amazingly more simple to do.

So, these days, the ease of creating a web site is there for anyone willing to take a stab at it. For example, you can go to Yahoo web hosting and, I kid you not, have your own web site up and running within an hour or two. So, it's really more a matter of how spiffy and sophisticated you want your site to look and be -- that's where the work really comes in these days.

i have been able to start a blog 7676 .com.au , but i cant do the ftp to make it look like a decent site , i also have another blog worldne.ws , both are learning tools , but when i see some 'real sites' it makes me wonder if i am wasting my time , although excited to say i just regged shemalechannel .tv

i was able to get the blogs up because the hosting company had fantastico option so at least it got me started
