Your best bet is to meet some online at ts-dating, date in asia, tagged, vicesisters, etc as there isn't much of a ladyboy bar scene in the Phils. As far as I know, there is only one LB bar in Manila on P.Burgos St in Makati called Shampoo bar. You can also find lots of LB's at Robinson's in Ermita in the evening, at Club Havana in Makati and strolling along Burgos St. after dark.
