1-Love yourself
2-eat lots of blueberries
3-wear sexy clothes
4-wiggle your hips
then
your titties will swell
your cock will shrink
you will cry a lot:confused:

First off you have to see a therapist then she will put you on female hormones, And what surgeries are you talking about? Breasts implants you should be on female hormones for at least a year in order to strech the skin to accept the implants facial anytime you are sure you really want this, SRS is the final step and you need two letters aproving the surgery from therapists and to get them letters you have to meet a lot of things first takes at least two years to get the letters maybe longer for some depends on the person ;) Jennifer

Is it just me or do others get a hoaxy feeling? I think the initial poster is leading us on a little bit here :-)

Personally, I've never met a trans*woman who didn't realize her true gender from a very early age - it wasn't just a fun idea that suddenly came over her...

Secondly, the thoughts on SRS tend to come much later (if ever - and certainly not until after the more basic transition).

I'm not necessarily claiming that gender identification cannot change over time (maybe it can) or that transition always happens in the teen-age years or early twenties, but the poster's questions just puzzled me a bit.

Well, maybe unimportant...

Peace

I have to agree H... that one that works with me from time to time has shared that she had the feelings from a very early age, and with hormones, she now has breasts, probably a b cup, but very nice. She does not wear a bra, and being in the construction trade, she gets some interesting comments.
