Tracking My Forum Posts?

How can I track my forum posts? I've posted some that are new threads and replies and I know they drop down the list as each day goes on. How do I track them so that I have a quick exit to see who said what's what? I tried through my Control Panel and I can't find anything of use.

Here's how. To view your own posts go to:
UserCP---> Forum Info ---> Find all posts by...




In order to track Someone else's posts or threads, (or your own, for that matter ;)):
Click on the Username ---> Forum Info --->
Find all posts by... OR, ---> Find all threads started by...
