Admittedly I don't know of any fora specificly for Arab trans-women - but you may try to spend a little time on the mentioned fora to find out if any Arab trans-women have profiles there.

Again, waiting will get you absolutely nowhere. You have to work for it, that's just how it is.

That's the best advice I can give you - and trust me, this is actually something I know a little bit about, so it's pretty good advice ;-)

It may help to know where you live since much of Europe, the US, and Australia have large Arab populations as well as Trans* populations. As far as nations in the Middle East, some have very difficult social customs and laws regarding Transsexuals keeping any T-gal very VERY hidden. Turkey and Iran have probably the best chance of an active/visible population (though most in Iran are by law headed towards surgery, so their status as "shemales" is temporary). Jordan and the UAE are less restrictive than Saudi Arabia for instance, but even so, the Trans population is very secretive and hidden due to laws and social stigma.
