Pumping breast milk

Ok, so any and all advice to induce lactation? Is there anything besides a hospital grade double pump 8x a say and taking vitamins like fenugreek? I Know there are gastro intestinal drugs that increase prolactin, but don't know if they're safe with HRT as pituitary tumors are a common warning?

I like you wish I could lactate, but don't know a easy or safe way. so yeah I am into it.
