I haven't been on HRT for even a solid year yet, and I really can't get erections anymore. I can, with great effort, achieve a quasi-firm erection, but it is not sustainable. I've managed to self-stimulate to the point of cumming once or twice in the past couple of months and only the smallest amount of ejaculate was produced.
Big departure from what you see in a lot of porn shoots. It's sort of difficult for me to be honest. I've never really like my penis and I generally abhor the idea of using it for penetrative sex. But still, it's the only way of sexually interrelating (and climaxing) that I've ever known, so it's sort of heartbreaking to lose that. I do like to masturbate, but to just not feel the slightest electricity down there anymore is very strange. I'm okay with the state of things-- I knew these were likely outcomes going into HRT. It's bittersweet I guess.
