I guess, start gently is all that comes to mind.

Lots of lube, start with one finger, move up to two.... pretty soon you'll be looking for bigger things to put in there :) But most importantly start out slow, and stop if it hurts too much. You don't want to be getting an open wound in a dirty place like that. And remember to have fun :heart:
