I have two things to ask.
I notice when I do a Google search of my name, it brings me to this Transladyboy website. Does that work for anyone else here?
Secondly, a member suggested we vote on the mod's. Should we have a popular vote on the moderators? Like who does the best job? has the best personality? who are you the most friendly with?
Now girls only,,,,Who would you want to come over for dinner? Who would you have stay over night?:censored:;)

I am responding in my personal, NOT MODERATOR, capacity. The views below are views I would have in ANY forum organized in the way TLB is organized.
I think voting on the moderators of a Forum is a very bad idea, for two reasons (in no particular order, and I am sure I could think of others).
First, it assumes that members of the site, which is privately owned with membership a privilege and not a right, can decide for the private site owner what is most important in a moderator. For instance, members may think that the rule that allows only three pictures from a given copyrighted set of photos to be posted should not be enforced. The site owner has this rule for a very specific person related to his financial investment in the site. Should members really decide how this rule is enforced?
In other words, to use franalexes' words, what a member might think is the "best job" may not be what the site owner thinks is the best job.
Second, the overwhelming majority (and I do mean overwhelming, upwards of 98%) of members here have never posted, even once. This is true even of people who joined several years ago and continue to visit the site. How likely are these people to vote? I would submit that it is very unlikely. The voters will be those who are the most active participants. Therefore, the vote will not necessarily reflect the will of the membership. One might argue that those who care will vote, but I know from receiving PMs (in my moderator capacity) from many, many members who have never posted that this is not necessarily the case.
3. The ability of a handful of members to sway a vote such as you propose would be difficult to avoid, both technologically and through personal communication. Do you want an election if fairness cannot be guaranteed? I would hope that every person would say no to that, but since it is likely that this suggestion comes from someone who has a particular interest in voting out a particular moderator -- let's be honest about it -- I am afraid that won't be forthcoming.
As for your other question, if you have a unique enough user name on this site you will find links in Google to your name and TLB threads. That goes for everyone on the site. A user name such as mine will come up, too, but the likelihood of a search on "smc" yielding a TLB link in Google even in the first dozens of pages is very low.

I understand what you're saying here. Most members don't ever venture out of the Freebies section. If they post anything at all, it might be "nice cock" or "I'd love to suck her cock" As far as voting, if you put the voting thread in the Freebies section with the title - WOW! Look at her cock!!! - I bet you would get a lot of trafic.

I completely understand like in the above statement from SMC, rules need to be enforced and shouldn't be voted on whether we like them or not.
The 3 picture rules is a perfect example, if we were allowed to post 50 pics from the same set of our favorite model, why would anyone go to the paysite to sign up when they can get all the pics for free. The 3 pic rules gives you enough of a taste that if you want the rest go sign up and get it. If we lost all the pay site there would be NO FREE PICS here anymore because there'd be NO SITE ANYMORE.
As far as voting on a moderaters, I think it's a bad idea also. Sometime we don't always agree on what the moderater says or does but I also understand it's their job, just like at work if you don't like your boss because you don't agree with a certain decision you don't get rid of him.
Bottom Line: I think out of the all the forum sites out there that i've been too, this one is one of the best moderated out of them. So I say to the moderaters here: Keep Up The Good Work and Thanks For All Your Hard Work.

If I can choose from anyone, it would have to be either Christian Bale or Christian XXX or even both.:turnon::turnon::turnon: I think we could skip dinner and go straight to the overnight.;):coupling:

I'm pretty sure fran was referring to moderators, but I wouldn't want to say with certainty and instead leave that up to fran to clarify.
I'm pretty sure that if either of these Christians were a moderator here, the site would be riddled with spam and crap ... since they wouldn't be likely to spend any time deleting. ;)

Darn, I was hoping it would be me that you would choose. ;)

Thankyou, cumshooter. :respect: This is exactly why the 3 picture rule was brought in and I completely agree with the rule.

i think its a great idea fran, i mean of the current mods, how many are actually ts/tv woman?
its a bit hard to protect the integrity of a group of people, when a person who actually represents that group should have better insight.
and the 3 pic rule, as posted and discussed.. is a rule brought in by the SITE OWNER. mods merely enforce that rule.
being a mod is like any job, you have specific tasks to do.
as for popular votes, vote fixing, fairness, um thats called voting.
if 98% of the members are inactive, then simply make voting open to current members who have posted more than 10 times by a specified date.
cuts out inactive gawkers and people creating new accounts to "fix" votes.
