Hey, I'm searching for Pictures after a operation from a penis to a clitoris and from a clitoris to a penis. In Google search I have nothing found. Are there any Picture material out there? If you want you can send it with PM... :)

If you use google to find the websites of surgeons who specialise in SRS
you can then find their sites. They usually have pics there.

Only some of the tip of the penis is used to form a clit.The bulk of its internal structure is discarded.
The skin of the shaft, in conjunction with scrotal skin, is used to form most of the rest of the female genitalia.
The penile skin either used for the a) internal vaginal wall or b) the labia.
a) or b) depends upon whether the SRS is:

And so far 99% of the pics I've seen online (Combined with 100% of the testimonies of close friends of mine) have convinced me not to get it done in my own country -_- So that's at least 2 more years of saving my cash...
