How is it possible that some ladyboys or shemales in the porn industry look so damn much like women? I mean everything - body shape, voice, everything except the obvious. I have seen some shemales that put most women to shame - big round ass, wide hips and tiny waist. I don't get it. I know there are hormones that change things, but come on, can the hormone therapy really change body structure and things to that degree, or am I missing something bigtime?

Like Transjen said, the earlier you start hormone therapy, the better your results are likely to be. That, and not everyone starts from the same starting point, either. The more feminine someone's appearance is at the start, the less they need to get the results you're talking about.
