If your showerhead can switch to that single but strong stream (whee, alliteration) you can aim it at your anus and let the water in. Then you can "shit" the water out. Rinse, repeat until you're satisfied.

Get a personal enima kit from the local drug store/ chemist. They come with plastic botttles to toss away when you are done. Four things to keep in mind -
